Highlights:
- We think New Zealand is a bigger country than Great Britain. We think that the wildlife in New Zealand is sheep, sheep and more sheep!!! (also humans).
Christopher Wooff and Richard Magee
- The people who live there have slightly tanned skin and black hair. The cultures are mainly tribal. The population is of about twenty million. It is to the North East of Australia. The people who live there like saying "Kia Ora".
By William Griffiths and Phillip Deslandes
- Your country looks like it is made up of many different islands. What does Kia Ora mean?
by Adam Vaal & Stephen Sudworth
- We think that your past native warriors are smashing and a lot better than our lovely shiny knights are. Many people consider New Zealand as being an offspring of Australia and are not considered as being a country of its own.
We were going to say love you and leave you, but if you're a lad BYE! Thomas Vernon (thom) & Richard Hogg (hoggy)
- Hello. New Zealand is south and close to the equator and therefore hot. It is very near to Australia. You obviously speak English and your native language (is it Aboriginee?). We don't have a clue about your native culture.
SEE YOU LATER - BYE FROM Jenne, Vicky and Steph!!!
- I know very little about the history of their country, but I know that we do not have Kangaroos, but you do (well I think you do!!!). I would think that your country is a dangerous country, with lots of scorpions and other dangerous creatures, and maybe sometimes you have a shortage of water, because of the hot climate.
That's all, folks! Stephen Furlong
- Awree + (Hello). Your country seems a million miles away from ours. We know more about your rugby teams than we do about the rest of your country. So we want to learn more about you.
see ya Matty, Jonnie and Danny
- You have a different culture to us. When we see you playing rugby we also see you doing those cute little war dances. Your country seems to be really dangerous, what with tornadoes, scorpions, poisonous animals, hurricanes and earthquakes.
See ya for now! Emma, Amy, Kim and Davinia
- We presume that the climate is warmer and dryer than ours, because you are in the Southern Hemisphere. We know that you are an island just like us. Do you feel isolated being an island?
Speak to you soon. Gemma and Steffii
- Your country is clean, tidy and people take lots of care in keeping it that way. New Zealand is in the southern hemisphere, on the other side of the world from us.
See ya! Tamsyn and Emma!!!
- We don't really know much about New Zealand, but we think it is hot and sunny all the time. The beaches are great and there are lots of cool things to do like surfing, and everybody has a tan. We think it's a smaller than our country and an island on its own with no attachments. You speak English like us (good thing really.)
Speak to ya soon Heidi and Kirsty
