HERE'S THE STORY, GOT THE PICTURE?
- STORY WRITING -
There are some wonderful picture books being published for readers of all ages these days.
Working with your pair school write and illustrate a picture book with a NZ/British theme.
Decide what age group you will make your book for. With your pair decide on what type of story you will write, for example, you may like to write and illustrate a story about one of you visiting the other and the types of adventures you get up to; what it would be like to move to the other side of the world; what we have in common or what we do differently.
Use your imagination and your creativity - the possibilities are endless!
You may like to write the book in a language you speak at home.
You will be publishing your books on the internet, so make sure you proof read them and that you are all happy with the final outcome.
