WHAT ARE THEY SAYING ABOUT US?

Study the media for two weeks and record how often the other country is mentioned - watch the TV news, listen to the radio, read the national newspapers and the local and community newspapers.

What are they saying about the other country?

• how often is it featured or mentioned;
• and in what context;
• what is the subject matter;
• what perceptions do you think would be gained from the coverage.
