Statistics New Zealand are so impressed with our work that they have created some pages on their site especially for us! We have worked with them to come up with a joint Statistics NZ/InterLink project for you to do. They are giving a prize to every InterLink school that completes this project - it's called "Facts NZ" and it's full of weird and wonderful facts and figures about New Zealand.
Once you've completed the project all you have to do is send the results to your pair school and to me - and we will send you your prize!
We now have heaps of info on the costs of some everyday items in England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and New Zealand.
Passmores School in England has done a direct comparison of what the same things cost in Harlow and in Oxford, Canterbury. Passmores Group 4 and Passmores Group 6 have also done amazing projects on Tesco's supermarket - they looked at all the different types of New Zealand products you could buy there. Check out the pages on their site!
