CHOCOLATE'S CHOCOLATE

Is chocolate in your part of the world the same as ours? How can you tell? Compare the ingredients and quantities of a bar of Cadbury's dairy milk chocolate. (Check you have the same bar)

Design some experiments to investigate:-

  • Melting point
  • Consistency
  • Texture
  • Milk and sugar levels
Are they the same? If not, why might that be? Chocolate is chocolate after all......

What differences are there in some of our ingredients in different parts of the world? For example:- Is milk here different from milk there?

Does the chocolate have to be manufactured differently to stay solid in different climates?

Do NZ and British people like different things when it comes to chocolate?

What is the cost of chocolate in your part of the world?
