Give yourself plenty of quiet time in which to work through this whole process.
You should be working through this process at least a week before you plan to have an online practice with me and then test the system out with your pair teacher.
Read through the entire IRC section first, reading the instructions in the order they are given.
Print out this set of pages and read them through again a couple of times until you are familiar with them.
Before you download your IRC software, print out the download instructions and the instructions for use, so that you can refer to them at any time.
At the bottom of each page (except for the summary page) you will find three buttons:
summary - which takes you to the summary page
The summary page is best used as a quick reference guide after you have read everything else.
There is also an IRC button on the left hand side of each page, below the normal home, background info, projects and cool stuff buttons.
